The Sloane Volar method

One validated next step. Not a giant transformation.

Good opportunities are discovered through observation, tested with restraint, and built in proportion to the evidence.

THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Don’t invest heavily to answer a question a small test could settle.

01

Find

Look inside the business before looking outside it.

We examine current offers, customer behavior, repeated questions, staff knowledge, and where the relationship currently ends. The goal is to identify useful value the business is already equipped to deliver.

  • Where do customers need more support?
  • What expertise gets repeated?
  • Where do time, place, or capacity constrain growth?
02

Validate

Replace enthusiasm with evidence.

We study existing behavior and requests, speak with customers or staff where appropriate, and pressure-test the premise. Then we shape the smallest offer capable of producing a meaningful signal.

  • Is the need frequent and important?
  • Will customers act—not just agree?
  • Can the economics make sense?
03

Build

Create only what the test requires.

The minimum viable revenue system might include an offer, landing page, checkout, content, onboarding, email sequence, portal, or automation. The opportunity determines the infrastructure—not the other way around.

  • What must work on day one?
  • What can remain manual?
  • What would be premature?
04

Launch

Start with the people who already trust you.

We put the offer in front of existing customers, track behavior, and learn. Expansion follows evidence. If the signal is weak, we improve, reposition, or stop without having overbuilt.

  • Who is the first credible audience?
  • What behavior counts as evidence?
  • What decision will the test inform?

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

A better decision—not merely more deliverables.

At the end of the process, you should know what customers want, what to offer, what the economics could look like, and what deserves to happen next.

THE NEXT STEP

Find the opportunity worth testing.

Start with a focused look at the business you already have—not a speculative rebuild.
